de sus colaboradores, accionistas, contratistas y dem\u00e1s grupos de inter\u00e9s, con el prop\u00f3sito de permitir el reporte confidencial y seguro de situaciones que puedan considerarse actos de fraude, corrupci\u00f3n o conductas contrarias a los principios \u00e9ticos que rigen la empresa.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s de facilitar la denuncia de estas situaciones, el Canal \u00c9tico tambi\u00e9n ofrece un espacio para realizar consultas relacionadas con dilemas \u00e9ticos, garantizando en todo momento la confidencialidad, protecci\u00f3n y la no existencia de represalias hacia los usuarios. La administraci\u00f3n del Canal \u00c9tico est\u00e1 a cargo de un tercero independiente con experiencia en la gesti\u00f3n de procesos de este tipo, lo que asegura la m\u00e1xima transparencia y con dilemas \u00e9ticos planteados a trav\u00e9s del Canal, con el fin de promover decisiones alineadas con la \u00e9tica empresarial.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Implementar medidas preventivas basadas en los resultados de las investigaciones, con el prop\u00f3sito de evitar la recurrencia de conductas inapropiadas y proteger la integridad de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Asegurar que el Canal \u00c9tico sea un medio seguro, confiable y accesible, garantizando la confidencialidad de los usuarios y protegi\u00e9ndolos contra cualquier forma de
